Park Towers and City Park!

If you are moving to Seoul near the Yongsan Army post, check out Park Towers and City Park apartments. They are both close to the post, right next to Gate 13 (the visitor gate). They are both nice apartment complexes. The best thing about them, from a kid's perspective, is that they have a very spacious connected outdoor area good for running, playing, and basically pretending that you don't live in a huge city. There are four outdoor parks (two at Park Towers, two in City Park; the one at Park Towers is better for big kids, in my opinion) and overall just a lot of wide open space good for all sorts of things! The landscaping is beautiful too. And during the summer there are ponds and creeks that have tadpoles and frogs in them! 106 is the smallest building at Park Towers and the closest to Gate 13. My Two Tarantula Slings Kiev, Ukraine When I left Thailand I had to leave behind my colony of Asian Forest Scorpions . One of the first things I looked for when I arrived in Kiev was a suitable replacement. In Thailand scorpions are fairly abundant and I was able to catch all of my pets, here in Ukraine, there are no naturally occurring scorpion species so I needed to look for a good place to buy them. While looking for scorpions online my dad (fluent Russian speaker) came across a beautiful blue tarantula for sale. The Sand Lizard (Lacerta agilis) What are they and how do you care for them? Description Sand Lizards are larger and stockier than Common Lizards , are usually brown or gray, and have a pattern of ocellated dark spots in between two lighter stripes that run down the length of each lizard's body. During spring months (the breeding season, from April to May), just after they emerge from hibernation, male Sand Lizards develop bright green flanks, and are easily distinguishable. The green coloration fades in late May and early June, and the gender differences are no longer easily visible. Adult Sand Lizards are usually 18-20 cm long (body and tail). Sand Lizards are ectothermic, meaning they rely on their environment to regulate their blood temperature.
